Rajegowda is passionate about developing successful destinations that combine world-class design, urban planning, hospitality, arts and culture, experiential retail, food and beverage, and community. He has lead the development of mixeduse destination resort projects, including the W South Beach in Miami Beach, the Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, and the Hilton West Palm Beach. Currently, he heads the re-imagination of West Palm Beach’s Rosemary Square neighborhood. He is also leading the development of 360 Rosemary, 575 Rosemary, and One Flagler, a Class-A world-class office building located along the Downtown West Palm Beach waterfront.
Schwinn became president of Palm Beach Atlantic University on May 4, 2020. An accomplished higher education academic leader, innovator, scientist, and physician, she previously served in senior leadership roles at the University of Iowa, the University of Washington, and Duke University. Schwinn is a member of the National Academy of Medicine.
