After graduating from Naples High School, Armando Hernandez enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps from 2003-2007, including a deployment to Fallujah and Ramadi, Iraq. Upon being honorably discharged, he earned his undergraduate and graduate degrees and joined Home Base in 2014, Hernandez is married to his wife of 20 years, Jina, and they have two children, Lilliana and Xavier. Hernandez serves on the Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU) Military Advisory Committee and FGCU Alumni Association Board of Directors and supports the Shady Rest Institute for Positive Aging at FGCU.
Originally from Toronto, Canada, Andrew “Andy” Hill has more than 30 years of portfolio investment management experience. He co-founded the Naples-based Andrew Hill Investment Advisors with partner Jennifer Figurelli in 2010. The firm currently has more than $230 million in assets under management. Hill has held leadership roles in numerous nonprofits focused on the environment, education, animals, and economic development. Hill serves on the Greater Naples Chamber Board of Directors and is serving his second term on the Big Cypress Basin Board through 2026, appointed by Gov. Ron DeSantis.
