Ahome on the Matanzas River was the top real estate transaction for the week of Nov. 12-18 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Daryl and Patricia Harris, of Flagler Beach, sold 300 Lambert Ave. to William and Stephanie Angrick, of Bethesda, Maryland, for $1.42 million. Built in 2019, the house is a 3/3 with two half-baths, fireplace, boat dock, swimming pool and 3,648 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $400,000.
