Ariverfront home was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-theSea for the week of Aug. 30 to Sept. 5 in the Multiple Listing Service. Albert and Doreen Gillespy, individually and as trustees, sold 590 John Anderson Drive to Richard and Karrie Harman, of Ormond Beach, for $875,000. Built in 1958, the house is a 4/2.5 and has 2,573 square feet It sold in 1999 for $462,766.
