*About the Palisades Recovery Coalition (PRC) The Palisades Recovery Coalition (PRC) is a nonprofit, community-led organization established in the aftermath of the January 2025 Palisades Fire to help guide the long-term recovery of Pacific Palisades. Through civic engagement, research partnerships, public convenings, policy development, and resource coordination, PRC brings together residents, experts, public agencies, and community organizations to build a more resilient, equitable, and sustainable future. Grounded in the belief that those most affected by disaster should help shape the recovery, PRC works to ensure that rebuilding is informed by community voices, driven by collaboration, and focused on restoring not only homes and businesses, but the social fabric that makes Pacific Palisades a community.
