OutSmart Magazine

OutSmart is Houston’s local magazine serving the LGBTQ+ community. Published monthly, OutSmart covers local and national news, politics, health, arts and entertainment, food and dining, and issues affecting the LGBTQ audience. OutSmart has a high profile in the community through local involvement, partnerships, and its website, OutSmartMagazine.com. Entering into our 33th year of publication in February 2026, OutSmart is free and distributed through in Houston and surrounding areas, including Galveston, Beaumont, and College Station, and across the United States by subscription. OutSmart is also distributed at select sites in Texas cities, including Austin, Brownsville, Corpus Christi, Dallas, El Paso, and San Antonio. Print publications are available by subscription.
