OUIMET SCHOLARS On the following pages, we proudly list the 535 Francis Ouimet Scholarship recipients who are receiving a record $3.5 million in scholarships awarded this academic year. Ouimet Scholarships are renewable for up to four years. Ouimet Scholars are accepted on a merit-based application and interview process. The amount of a Scholar’s financial award is then determined by personal financial need. The Fund is able to analyze tuition costs, college grants, and the estimated family contribution through the submitted CSS and FAFSA forms. We believe that all accepted applicants have earned the proud distinction of being named a Ouimet Scholar for their exceptional academic qualities, service to golf, and personal character. * Honorary “Book Award” Scholar These Scholars do not exhibit financial need, but receive a nominal financial award. + Ouimet - Evans Scholar These Scholars receive scholarships jointly funded by the Ouimet Fund and the Evans Scholars Foundation.
