Oren Gall

Dr. Oren Gall is an Associate Teaching Professor at Penn State University, specializing in Digital Design, Senior Design, and Biomedical Imaging. Recognized for his engaging teaching style, he frequently receives outstanding feedback from students for making complex engineering concepts accessible. Dr. Gall is the founder of OZG Systems Engineering, LLC, and the creator of the Digital Evaluation Board (DEB), a tool designed to empower students with hands-on circuit design experience outside traditional labs. His entrepreneurial vision is complemented by his role as a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and State Director for the Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers. Dr. Gall’s academic journey includes earning a Ph.D. from Purdue University, where he conducted groundbreaking research in biomedical device power management. A multifaceted professional, he also ventures into real estate and enjoys family time, car shows, and competing in powerlifting meets.
