SERVICE This guide is intended for authorized Orbea dealers. The service and repair of the OC2 Dropper should not be carried out by the end consumer, risking damages to the components that are not covered by the warranty.

After every 100 hours of use, or in case of excesive play on the seatpost, the bushings, guides and the seal collar ring should be replaced.

DISASSEMBLY Tools needed: · 3mm Allen wrench. · 10mm Allen wrench. · Assembly grease With your bare hands, unscrew the seal collar ring and remove the outer tube from the upper tube assembly.

1 Completely remove the seatpost from the bike. Remove the saddle and the saddle clamp assembly.

Hold the seatpost with your hand or soft rubber jaws and use a 10mm Allen wrench to unscrew the actuator from the base of the seatpost.

With a 3mm Allen wrench, unscrew the setscrew at the back of the seatpost head. Remove the hydraulic cartridge from the inside of the upper tube assembly. Remove the rubber bottom out bumpers from the cartridge shaft. Clean the cartridge with a soft cloth if you are going to re-use it.
