Guidelines For Your Comfort, Convenience & Safety For your personal comfort and safety, the following rules have been established. Your cooperation is appreciated.
RENTAL GUEST REGISTRATION AND CHECK-OUT
• Minimum length of RV shall be 30 feet “living space.” NO EXCEPTIONS. • All guests must register with Security.
VISITOR PARKING • Visitors’ parking spaces are located at the Resort Rental Office and bathhouse parking areas. Parking on the street is prohibited. • No overnight parking.
GENERAL RULES • One RV per lot. • NO tents/tarps/canopies/easy ups/flagpoles or sleeping outside. • NO tow dollies or trailers of any kind on lots. See Association Office for storage details. • Do not back in past edge of cement. • Slide-outs must not extend over edge of cement when fully extended. • NO firearms, lethal weapons or fireworks. • NO open fires. Briquette and gas BBQs are permitted. • NO clotheslines or hanging clothes outside. • NO wading pools allowed. • Quiet time is between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am Sunday through Thursday; 11:00 pm and 7:00 am Friday, Saturday, and/or Holiday weekends.
CHILDREN AGE 14 AND UNDER
• Must have adult supervision while using pool and tennis courts. Parents or guardians are responsible for the actions of their minor children. • NO ONE under the age of 14 allowed in spa.
TENNIS / GOLF RULES
• Guest must pay for golf. • Soft spike golf shoes for golf. • Non-marking tennis shoes must be worn on tennis courts at all times. No other footwear permitted. • NO bikes, in-line skates or scooters allowed on tennis court, golf course, pool areas, and golf cart paths. • See Association Office for complete golf course rules and regulations and guest payment of fees.
VEHICLES
• Speed limit is 10 mph for all vehicles. • Bikes/golf carts require headlights and reflectors. • Helmets required for bike riders and in-line skates. • Drivers of golf carts must have a valid driver’s license. • Three/four wheelers, gasoline-powered scooters, off-road vehicles, and non-licensed motorcycles are prohibited. • Skateboards are prohibited. • Park vehicles on assigned lot only. • Operators of ANY TYPE of motorized vehicle must have a valid driver’s license. NOTE: All lots are privately owned. Please respect your neighbor’s privacy and property. Do not cut across lots or grass area.

Guidelines for the Comfort, Convenience & Safety of You and Your Pet We welcome pets to Rancho California, but as with any Resort, we do have rules. If you have brought a pet, please read the following carefully. These rules are strictly encforced. • Pets must be kept on a LEASH at all times. • Pets are not allowed in any buildings, pool areas, tennis courts, or on any part of the golf course. • Pets must not be left unattended outside of the RV. • ONLY TWO (2) PETS ARE ALLOWED PER RV. • Pet fencing is allowed only on a concrete pad. • Pets should relieve themselves on the lot you occupy or on the streets, NOT on another owner’s property. • You MUST IMMEDIATELY pick up after your pet. • Pets are not permitted on private property. • Pets are not to be left free to run anytime.
NOTICE: When a pet owner is observed violating the above rules, a warning will be issued. If observed a second time, a fine of $25 may be imposed and may require the pet owner to leave the Resort.
