Guest Policies
IMPORTANT CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT INFORMATION
CABINS: Check-in - 4 PM; Check-out - Noon RV & TENT SITES: Check-in - 2 PM; Check-out - Noon
We ask our guests to abide by our rules in order to keep our park clean and family friendly. Thanks in advance.
• All Vehicles (including golf cart/off-road/UTV, etc.) must be registered with the office, display a valid pass at all times, and be operated ONLY by Licensed Drivers.
• All Guests wear Camp Riverview issued wristbands.
• Quiet Hours are from 10:30 PM to 8 AM. Please, No Music and Quiet Voices Outside.
• Please respect others when playing music at any time.
• Gray or Black Water may not be released on the ground.
• Recycling: Look for containers to recycle aluminum cans.
• Speed Limit: 5 MPH throughout the park.
• Cabins: Smoking is prohibited in all cabins. Pets are allowed in cabins 4 through 16 only. (Fees apply.)
• Sites: Please leave your site as it was when you arrived. Excessive litter on site or evidence of pets/smoking in cabins is cause for additional cleaning fees.
• Trash: Please dispose of trash in dumpsters.
• Campfires must be contained within a fire pit or grill; No ground fires. No wood fires or charcoal fires at the riverbanks or in riverbeds. Ashes must not be disposed of on the ground; please ask staff for assistance.
• Fireworks, cascarones, piñatas, and water balloons are not allowed.
• STATE LAWs: All vehicles must stay behind the tree line at the river’s edge. Glass is prohibited on the riverbanks and in riverbeds; All Canopies must be removed from the riverbed and riverbanks by sunset.
Pets
• Dogs of breeds determined by our insurance carrier as “aggressive” are not allowed on the premises.
• All pets should be kept on a leash and attended to at all times.
• All pet waste must be disposed of in a receptacle.
• A maximum of 3 pets are permitted per campsite.
• Public intoxication, profanity and violence are not tolerated and are grounds for removal without refund.
• An adult 21 years of age or older must be present for the duration of stay.
Amenities
• Office and Store: River apparel, souvenirs, snacks and sundry items available
• Laundry: Coin operated washing machines and dryers
• Two full service restroom and shower facilities
• Outdoor Games: Lasertag games are available for a fee. Giant Yahtzee, Jenga, horseshoes, bocce balls and volleyballs are available for check-out at the camp store. Other outdoor amenities are a Gaga ball pit and a Playground. All close at dusk daily.
• Activities: See boards and flyers for activities.
• Wireless Internet: One complimentary Wi-Fi voucher per site is available for the duration of your stay. Additional 24-hour vouchers are available for $3 per voucher per day.
