Six Months in Japan Ribal Ahmed is joining the Red Cross as a Medical Assistant after applying to Latitude Global Volunteering for one of the few places available.
He will be working alongside doctors and nurses and is looking forward to learning to speak Japanese, as he will be undertaking all tasks and procedures in the language. Ribal hopes to gain valuable experience in paediatrics, an area of medicine he wishes to pursue as a career in the future.
Gap Year with Accenture John Pyrah and Ali Qasim earned places on a prestigious gap year programme with global management consultancy company Accenture, and will be based in London.
John and Ali’s roles will see them assisting Accenture’s senior managers with budget monitoring and projects, including having first-hand contact with Blue Chip clients across three sectors.
