ADULT BASIC EDUCATION (UPGRADING) Complete your prerequisites or improve your high school marks to get into the program of your choice with upgrading in a variety of subjects. Adult learners can obtain their high school graduation requirement with the B.C. Adult Graduation Diploma (Adult Dogwood). Adult Basic Education and English Language Certificate (ELC) are tuitionfree for domestic students.
