LIVE ONLINE ACTIVITIES – ACCESS Most live online activities will be delivered live via the NIDA website, with the free NIDA Open online classes delivered via Zoom.

Two days before Open Day, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to access your booked sessions on the day.

COURSE AND ALUMNI TALKS AND Q&As Live online sessions for each of the 13 undergraduate, graduate and Vocational degrees include: Course talks and Q&A: gain a solid understanding of what to expect from each course from Course Leaders themselves, then ask them any question you have about your course of choice.

Alumni panels: hear from alumni of all NIDA disciplines about their NIDA experience and their career trajectory.

Join our all-day chat room from 9.30am–4pm to ask about Open Day, what sessions to see and where to go, application process, auditions/interviews, fees and student life and support.

Introduction to Acting 18+ (60 min) Unlock your creativity and gain confidence as you explore the fundamental skills of an action based technique. Improvise with confidence and be present in the moment.

Introduction to Voice 18+ (60 min) The importance of vocal technique to confident communication is immeasurable. Exercise your vocal dexterity and discover the range of possibilities using your unique instrument.

Introduction to TV Presenting 18+ (60 min) Develop an on-screen presence and explore the multiplicity of skills required to communicate to an audience. Establish a confident persona as you practise on-camera technique.

Introduction to Script Analysis 18+ (60 min) Learn how to investigate text to reveal the life of the character. Utilise the given circumstances, actions and objectives to explore character motivation.
