New City Trade Skills

New City Trade Skills courses teach practical skills related to specific trades or occupations. These courses are designed to provide students with the technical knowledge and handson experience necessary to work in a particular trade or field.

Trade skills training is particularly useful for individuals who want to enter a skilled trade or those who are looking to upgrade their skills and knowledge to advance their careers.

At New City College we have courses in Low Carbon Technologies, Carpentry, Construction, Electrical, Engineering, Health & Safety, Painting & Decorating, and Plumbing. These courses combine classroom instruction with handson training in a simulated workplace environment.
