I’m guessing that there are those of you out there that think that once you have tried one crepe you have tried them all. If that’s the case I’m also guessing you haven’t spent much time in gay Paree. Guess what? you don’t need to go that far, the Nathalie has brought just that type of crepe right here to Whitley Bay and boy can you taste those original French touches.

We have met Nathalie, before in a previous issue very amicable, very sweet, very French and always smiling.

However today I paid her a flying visit on a tight deadline an ordered her perfectly executed ‘Provincial’ a Caramelised onion chutney base topped with French goat cheese, wild rocket, red pepper and pine nuts with a freshly pressed orange juice.

Oh lala, it took me right back to my recent French holiday.. I need another now! Yes both, the holiday and one of Nathalie’s creations.
