New Course to be Offered by NCREEF The North Carolina Real Estate Educational Foundation (NCREEF) is focused on being the leading advocate for exceptional real estate education in North Carolina. To that end, we have been exploring ways to bring passion coupled with education to all NC REALTORS® as well as the public. It is our belief that education, in conjunction with experience, will bring competence and confidence to our REALTOR® community. NCREEF has created a Home Owner’s Association course designed to help REALTORS®, property managers and the public understand how an HOA works and what members, officers and agents need to know.
