National COIR

The National Council Of Informed Riders (National COIR) is an organization designed to reach as many of the 10,000,000 American motorcyclists as possible. National COIR will reach out to all riders, regardless of 2 or 3 wheels, make, model or size of motorcycle, to provide them with the same information the Motorcycle Rights Organization’s (MRO's) provide to their members. Hopefully more motorcyclists will become involved in their MRO, but if not, they will still be informed about the same issues, so they will be able to support the MRO’s when needed. There is strength in numbers, and unified, informed motorcyclists have the power to affect legislation locally, as well as nationally.
