Nancy Abrolat
Nancy Abrolat is an employment law attorney based in Los Angeles, California, and the founder and president of Abrolat Law. After completing law school, Nancy began her legal career at Paul Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, a prominent law firm in Los Angeles. This experience gave her a deep understanding of corporate legal practices, which later influenced her decision to focus on representing employees rather than corporations. In 1995, Nancy made a significant career change by founding Abrolat Law, where she shifted her focus to employee advocacy. She used her experience with large corporations to provide strategic guidance to employees facing discrimination, retaliation, and other workplace injustices. Nancy Abrolat is also an active member of the California Employment Law Association and the Los Angeles Consumer Attorneys Association.
