Nadir Lahmeur

Nadir Lahmeur is the founder and managing partner of Red Zenith, a consulting and business development firm focused on pharmaceutical packaging and healthcare technologies. He has more than 25 years of experience in the global pharmaceutical sector, where he has supported companies expanding their reach and improving how packaging and drug-delivery solutions are introduced to the market. Through his consulting work, he advises organizations on strategy, market entry, and global business development, while helping companies build sustainable partnerships in the healthcare industry. Lahmeur spent nearly three decades at a pharmaceutical glass packaging company, where he later served as General Manager for the Americas. In that role, he helped guide the company’s expansion across North and Latin America while supporting stronger distribution and technical service capabilities. Earlier in his career, he worked at a drug delivery systems company and contributed to the development and commercialization of nasal spray and aerosol technologies. Today, he continues to advise healthcare and pharmaceutical organizations seeking practical growth and collaborative opportunities.
