Brass band appeals for new players ahead of festive season

The award winning South Molton Town Band is returning to performing in public this Christmas, and they’re appealing for new players to join them.

Chairman Ray Kingdon says, “Perhaps you have moved to the area and are looking to join a band, or you used to play and have recently thought about taking it up again - look no further!” Players of any age from children upwards are welcome, and they will provide training - even if you’ve never picked up an instrument before.
