Over thelastthree intakes, we have recruitedmorethan40apprentices at ourWolverhampton site.Theyare now excelling in theircareers in aerospace in arange of areas. From financeto engineering, we appreciatethe impact apprenticeshaveacrossthe business

In addition to this, CollinsAerospace hasawarded STEM Learning fundingtocreatea newpartnership over thenexttwo yearstosupport betweensix to eightprimary andsecondary schoolsinthe Wolverhampton area to make apositive andlong-term impact to STEM educationwhere it is most needed.The newpartnership will supportteacher professional developmentand raise engagement and achievementinSTEMsubjects, especiallythose from disadvantaged and underrepresented groups
