David Lamb
B. COM (PROPERTY) LICENSED ESTATE AGENT MANAGING DIRECTOR
David has extended MLV Real Estates coverage into the major industrial areas located in the southwest corridor of the Metropolitan area. These include Kewdale, Welshpool, Canning Vale, Naval Base, O’Connor, Willetton, Fremantle, Myaree, Fremantle, Bibra Lake, and Kwinana.
Before MLV, David was a senior negotiator with a CBD agency, involved in sales, leasing and management of industrial and commercial properties with emphasis on areas from Canning Vale through to Fremantle. David is a licensed sales & leasing representative, a member of Real Estate Institute of W.A. And a graduate member of the Australian Property Institute.
Stefan Quaresimin
B. COM (PROPERTY & MARKETING) SALES & LEASING AGENT
Stefan is a Sales and Leasing Agent, specialising in the sale of industrial and commercial properties.
He has a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Property and Marketing, and is passionate about securing the best investments and returns for his clients.
With over 5 years experience in the Perth property market, Stefan has an excellent understanding of the real estate market in Western Australia, with a particular interest in the industrial suburbs south of the Perth CBD.
Chris Chesky
AAPI CPV, B.COMM (PROPERTY VALUATION) SALES & LEASING AGENT
Chris joined the team in early 2022. He brings a wealth of knowledge across a diverse range of property classes, having gained experience in both valuations and commercial agency.
Prior to joining MLV, Chris worked at a boutique valuation firm, undertaking valuations across a wide range of asset classes including office, retail, industrial, development sites, englobo land, residential, rural and well as a number of specialised properties.
He is a Certified Practising Valuer and Associate of the Australia Property Institute.
Charlie Lamb
B. COM (PROPERTY) SALES & LEASING AGENT
Charlie joined MLV as a sales and leasing agent, after working for several years as a team leader and sales representative in the solar industry. Charlie is currently completing a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in property development and valuation.
