SnowPaths Plow Tracking App

SnowPaths is an app that allows users to view the real-time locations of active snowplows deployed during a snow event. The app utilizes Automated Vehicle Location (AVL), Geographic Positioning System (GPS) and Geographic Information System (GIS) technologies to visually display the snowplow’s location. The app also displays the status of plowed city roads on an interactive map. SnowPaths can be accessed at portagemi gov/290 and on the MI.Portage app (available in the App Store & Google Play).
