Max Kronengold

Max Kronengold graduated from Tulane University in spring 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a minor in Real Estate. His academic and professional pursuits center around architecture and design, particularly climate change and community development. Max contributed to the Pierre Parlante Project in New Orleans. This project focused on restoring Lafayette Cemetery No.2, where he educated K-12 students about the cemetery's cultural significance. For his graduation thesis, Max, in collaboration with his partner, designed a modular, deployable system that prioritizes permeability and human habitability to create a new edge condition to address flood mitigation and storm surges.
