Matthew began his professional journey at a company specializing in Google Cloud solutions, where he was one of the earliest employees to join the team. In his initial role as a Google Apps Technical & Implementation Specialist, he combined his technical expertise with strong problem-solving skills to assist businesses in transitioning to cloud-based platforms. This position required meticulous planning and execution to ensure seamless implementation and adoption, enabling clients to optimize their operations. In 2009, his role expanded when he became a Google Apps Change Management & Training Specialist. This position involved designing and delivering comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of diverse organizations, helping them maximize the benefits of Google’s tools.
