CONSULTING GROUP

In 2021, the Maryland Nonprofits Consulting Group provided customized consulting to over 100 organizations, with nearly 90% of consulted nonprofits retained and requesting more than one consulting service. Beyond learning about nonprofit practices, nonprofit leaders need direct support in applying best practices to their unique organizational needs and culture.

Our Consulting Group maintains a pool of 200 qualified consultants who are ready to aid nonprofit leaders in conducting strategic planning, board development, fundraising, organizational development, mergers and strategic partnerships, and justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI).
