Mary Novakovic began clerking for Chief Justice Castro in August 2021. She is from Toledo, Ohio. She went to Wittenberg University for college and the University of Michigan for her Master's degree in Japanese Studies. She attended the University of Michigan Law School. She is fluent in Japanese. In her spare time, she enjoys watching musicals, weight training, and befriending stray cats she finds around Saipan.

Keith began clerking for Justice Mangona in September 2021. Keith Ketola grew up in Independence, Minnesota, which is a small town near Minneapolis. He went to Orono High School, St. Olaf College (also in Minnesota), and the University of Michigan for law school. Keith enjoys running, hiking, martial arts, and playing guitar.

Benjamin Schwartz began clerking for Justice Perry B. Inos in September 2021. He was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. While studying political science at the University of California, Berkeley, he completed internships with the State Department in Greece and Myanmar. Following graduation, Ben taught English for two years in Japan. While studying law at the University of Michigan, he completed two internships with the Department of Homeland Security and represented victims of human trafficking and other indigent clients at university clinics. In his spare time, Ben plays Dungeons and Dragons, reads history books, and watches Netflix.
