SUMMARY Katherine Rose Park (and Hardy Allmon Soccer Complex) is being reimagined to better fit the needs of a growing community The project includes a master redevelopment plan of the space, including available nearby properties and parks.

CURRENT UPDATE Parkhill and park staff attended a kickoff meeting on June 1st, and commenced the design contract for Phase 1 improvements

The schedule of the project is divided into two sub-phases; Phase 1A improvements, consisting of the realigned park drive and parking areas in Rose Park, and Phase 1B, consisting of improved park amenities in Rose and Allmon Parks

The next major milestone will be in mid to late-summer, when a public meeting is expected to be held to collect input concerning playground improvements.
