Lympstone Manor is the realisation of my dream, an outstanding country house hotel for the 21st Century. I wanted to create something that would encapsulate my imagination, unashamedly luxurious and beautiful. Our location overlooking the Exe estuary is simply breathtaking. Every day that I arrive here, in all seasons and weather, I feel inspired and energised by the outstanding beauty of this special place. Michael Caines MBE
