I am a Latina Small Business Owner in the field of Coaching, with a primary focus on coaching professional Latinas, I have worked with hundreds of Latinas over the years with personal development and I am the founder of the very successful Mujeres de HACE Women's Leadership Program. In 2012, I am launching Latinas On the Plaza which will provide Leadership and Personal Development Conferences for Latinas. I am also an Adjunct Professor at Depaul University and National-Louis University
