Lukáš Borzík

Slovak composer Lukáš Borzík was born on 3rd August 1979 in Poprad, Slovakia. In the years 2000 – 2002 he received private tuition of composition from Pavol Krška, which was followed by regular composition studies at Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava under Vladimír Bokes in the years 2003 – 2008. In 2011 he finished his PhD program under Jevgenij Iršai. Since 2011 he has been working as a university teacher at Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava.
