Senior Associates – Employment

MDC Legal is a specialist employment law firm, consistently ranked as a First Tier Employment Law Firm in Doyle’s Guide.

We seek senior associates.

Applicants will be at least 4 years postadmission with employment law experience in various employment and industrial jurisdictions and have strong drafting and communication skills. You will:

Advise and act in all State and Federal employment, discrimination and industrial jurisdictions, common law and restraint of trade matters.

Work with a diverse client base across large and small employers from a range of industries, public and private sectors, local governments, regulatory authorities and senior executives.

Conduct workplace investigations; advise on disciplinary and performance management matters; draft contracts and workplace policies and procedures; advise on employment/industrial aspects of mergers and acquisitions, restructures and redundancies.
