The yearbook was named “Best in the Nation” in 2013, 2012, 1994 and 1993 by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) and the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association. The publication ranked No. 2 in 1996, 1998, 2004 and 2008; No. 3 in 2003, 2010 and 2011; No. 4 in 1995, 1997 and 2009; No. 5 in 2001 and No. 6 in 1999. The covers of the 2003, 2009 and 2011 guides were also named “Best in the Nation” by CoSIDA.
