• Their outdoor seating space all around the property and natural lighting that fills the rooms and hallways has fostered an open and inviting space. “We wanted to create this whole outside-in and inside-out feel,” Director of Sales and Marketing Kenneth Chouinard explained. “We wanted to give it that Palm Springs and old-school Vegas feel, back when hospitality was hospitality.” With purple velvet couches, birdcage chairs, gold accent furniture and a warmly lit fireplace they’ve done just that.
• Positioned in downtown Costa Mesa, it has quite the appeal to shoppers and theatergoers alike—a “choose-yourown-adventure” kind of experience. With about 230 rooms, they can even host large parties. “We host about 50 or more weddings a year in addition to the 100 or more bridal parties that stay with us the night before their wedding,” Chouinard added. That’s no small feat! “It’s due to our large rooms, perfect for small parties, and our large windows that give wedding photographers the space and lighting they need for great shots.”
