Linn Guerrero brings legal training, private equity experience, and entrepreneurship to her work as an executive leader in correctional healthcare. A graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law, she built her own professional services business. She advised private equity portfolio companies before joining CFG Health, where she now serves as Senior Advisor on the Executive Leadership Team. At the Mount Laurel, New Jersey company, Linn Guerrero works directly with the CEO and senior leadership on organizational growth, strategic planning, and business development. She has helped CFG Health expand from approximately $80 million to $250 million in annual revenue. She is a strategic advisor and correctional healthcare professional whose work consistently centers on government contracting, risk management, cross-functional leadership, and scaling organizations with discipline. Linn Guerrero Tennessee education started at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. She graduated from the Honors College there in May 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She then attended the University of Tennessee College of Law and earned her Juris Doctor in May 2014. While in law school, Linn Guerrero served as an Articles Editor of the Tennessee Law Review, pursued a concentration in Advocacy and Litigation, and earned Pro Bono Recognition. The command of regulation, contracts, and risk she developed there continues to shape the way she approaches executive work. She has since become a Certified Correctional Health Professional (CCHP) through the National Commission on Correctional Health Care (NCCHC), a credential tied directly to her industry.
