3.1 ASSESS
Within LINKIT we would like to stay away from the traditional appraisal interview, we see this interview towards the end of the year more as a moment to look back on the goals set and the development you have undergone. In addition to your achievements, we find it just as important to look at your personal and professional growth. We therefore include all these aspects in your overall assessment. In most cases, your assessment is linked to a salary increase, because development and growth should be rewarded if it is on us! During the year you will continue to talk to your manager about the progress of the set goals so that you can check whether you are still on the right track as an explorer, whether certain goals need to be adjusted or what you still need to achieve your goals (to reach that one destination).
You can find out exactly how our assessment system works on our intranet, which you have access to as soon as you start at LINKIT. You will also find our salary house here, we think transparency is important and that is why the salary house is transparent for every LINKIT employee so that you can see which position is classified where. The salary house is indexed if necessary so that we can continue to pay fairly and in line with the market.
3.2 REWARD
At LINKIT, we think it is important that the terms of employment we offer you are in line with our knowledge-driven culture and we always take this into account when considering whether our terms of employment are still accurate or need to be adjusted so that you, as an explorer, are optimally supported in your unique journey. Examples of this optimal support are the option to opt for a lease car or compensation for this, time and budget to invest in personal and professional development and making the right (IT) resources available to perform your job properly . In addition, we also have a collective profit sharing, in this way everyone benefits from achieving our objectives, regardless of what position you have or in which department you work. After all, we do it together!
3.3 LINKIT EXPLORER APP
What is also nice to know is that we have our own LINIKIT Explorer app, which you can download via Google Play or Apple Store. Through this app you can earn points for actions that fit outside your regular job. In other words, actions that belong to a LINKIT ambassador. For example, you can earn points by sharing knowledge, visiting events, providing leads or referrals to recruitment. The points earned in the LINKIT Explorer app can be exchanged for LINKIT goodies, cash, but you can also forward them to a colleague. Want to know more? Then quickly download the app!
