DEVELOPMENT & GROWTH DURING YOUR JOURNEY AS AN EXPLORER 2

2.1 UNLIMITED POSSIBILITIES

As a LINKIT explorer you get unlimited opportunities to develop yourself. That is an investment that LINKIT is happy to make in you, but it must be in line with our organizational goals and your own goals. Think, for example, of courses, training or certificates. In addition to an unlimited budget, we also offer you time to develop yourself as an explorer. Because we are an internationalizing organization, it can be useful, for example, to speak an extra language. Or, just because you like to learn an extra language. This of course fits perfectly with the explorer idea and we give you the freedom to get started with this!

2.2 CLUBDAYS

At LINKIT we have our club days every other week on Friday. These are days when you are not busy with your daily work. These days are all about sharing knowledge, acquiring knowledge and coming together. We therefore think it is important that we come together on days like this to connect with colleagues. This day we start with a LINKIT update with the entire organization. Then the teams come together to exchange knowledge. It also happens regularly that knowledge sessions are organized which you can join. In addition to being informative, our club days are also very fun days in which explorers like to visit each other.

2.3 GUIDANCE

LINKIT is a fairly flat organization and we have little hierarchy. We think it is important that the lines are short and that our employees experience a lot of freedom and autonomy. This does not mean that there is no guidance. We believe that with the right support you can be even better in the lead of your own development. You can expect this guidance from several angles so that you are helped on your way if, for example, you run into something substantive, are curious how you can shape your development path or can use a helping hand in setting priorities or managing your time.

2.4 YOUR ROADMAP

Within LINKIT you get all the space and freedom to develop yourself. We facilitate you in this and in this way you know what knowledge and experience is expected. We think it is important that you take control of your own development path, but we are happy to offer you the handles and tools to shape this. Whether that is to further develop your technical expertise or your competences. Just as an explorer can use a map (nowadays Google maps of course) to see which routes lead to the destination, you can use the tools that we offer within LINKIT to further shape your growth path.
