There, she refined her approach to high-end marketing and client representation, gaining exposure to a global network of over 140 offices in more than 40 countries. With a degree in Construction Management and dual licensure as a General Contractor in NC and SC, she has developed residential subdivisions throughout North Carolina and continues to lead her own construction company. She holds a certificate in Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment from the MIT School of Architecture and Planning and maintains an active insurance license with 13 years of experience in sales and commercial underwriting—specializing in construction businesses. She also holds an OSHA 30 certification, underscoring her commitment to safety and compliance in construction environments. She is also passionate about education and empowerment. She leads mortgage seminars to help buyers understand financing fundamentals and navigate the home buying process with clarity and confidence.
