Lieutenant Jeb Bozarth
A career shaped by service, structure, and long-term responsibility defines Lieutenant Jeb Bozarth, legally known as John Vincent Bozarth Jr. He is a retired Lieutenant from the Henderson Police Department, a United States Navy Seabee veteran, and the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Critical Training Solution LLC. His professional background spans more than 30 years of combined military and public safety service, developed through operational assignments, instructional roles, and senior leadership positions that emphasized preparation, accountability, and public protection. His professional education reflects a steady investment in learning and leadership development. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from Columbia Southern University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He is also a graduate of the Northwestern University Center for Public Safety, School of Police Staff and Command, Class 586. His foundational law enforcement training was completed at the Southern Desert Regional Police Academy at the College of Southern Nevada, where he received the Academy Leadership Award. He later obtained basic, intermediate, first-line supervision, and advanced certifications through the Nevada Peace Officer Standards and Training, along with specialized instruction in tactical operations and large-scale event safety. Military service played a central role in shaping his leadership approach. He first enlisted in the United States Navy in April 1990, serving on active duty until 1994 and completing his reserve obligation in 1998. After the attacks of 9/11, he returned to active service from September 2001 through 2007 and was activated from 2004 to 2005 for Operation Iraqi Freedom II. Assigned to the U.S. Navy Seabees, he achieved the rank of Equipment Operator First Class and qualified as a Seabee Combat Warfare Specialist.
