WHO WE ARE

The LEO Foundation is one of Denmark’s largest commercial foundations. The Foundation is the controlling owner of the pharmaceutical company LEO Pharma and its main objective is to ensure the company’s long-term development and success. ABOUT THE LEO GROUP

The LEO Group consists of the LEO Foundation, LEO Holding A/S and LEO Pharma A/S, including its Danish and international subsidiaries (collectively LEO Pharma Group).

LEO Foundation LEO Foundation The LEO Foundation was established in 1984. The Foundation is the ultimate controlling shareholder of LEO Pharma and provides philanthropic support to independent research.

LEO Holding The LEO Foundation’s financial assets are held in LEO Holding where all investment activities are carried out.

LEO Pharma Group LEO Pharma develops, manufactures and markets pharmaceutical drugs for the treatment of skin diseases in more than 130 countries.
