Preparation during pregnancy is key as a recent survey highlighted that 75% of new mums say they were not prepared for the physical pain and recovery in the Fourth Trimester. Last year, Lansinoh launched an Organic Birth Preparation Oil as part of its Birth Preparation & Recovery range, which is designed to be used 3-4 times per week from 34 weeks pregnant, to help nourish the perineum and facilitate perineal massage.
