Strength to Persevere

I hope this newsletter finds you and your family doing well during this strange time in our history. I personally have been busier than ever. I do not say that without having a strong sense that many are hurting physically and financially. Every person will have a different experience during this pandemic, but I think we all can agree life will look a little different going forward. I pray you all will have strength to persevere through this time. There is a light at the end of the tunnel, and it gets brighter every day.

We are not sure what the rest of the year will look like with our scheduled events. Although deeply saddened by the cancellation of the 2020 Yard Dawg Classic, the Board and Tournament Committee decided that it was in the best interest of everyone to not hold it this year. I for one am disappointed, but certainly can keep things in perspective. Please just keep up with emails from Mrs. Linda Wells for any updates. With any luck we will have all this behind us in the fall.

By the time this newsletter arrives in your mailbox we all will be busy aggressively maintaining our turf in the summer heat. Nothing like 98 degree temps with 100% humidity to get your mind back where it needs to be, growing warm season turf! Hope to see you all this fall.
