May 3 - Star Wars Day: May the 4th means light sabre book marks and Design Your Own Comic Strip in preparation for Free Comic Book Day

May 10 - Mother’s Day: Mother’s Day is coming! Make mom a tissue paper carnation bouquet.

May 17 - Kites: Don’t blow away! Make a paper bag kite! May 24 - History Hour: Moore Museum is coming to visit and they’re bringing Victorian toys and games.

May 31 - Bird’s Nest: The baby birds are chirping! Make baby bird in the nest craft.

June 7 - Get buggy: Time to make bees and ladybugs. June 14 - Owls: Learn about owls and make a paper plate owl.

June 21 - Lighthouses: It’s time to watch the waters! Let’s learn about and make a lighthouse.

June 28 - Summer is Here: Bring in the light with a sunshiney craft.

Learning For Lifecanasta

Thursdays - 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.

Learn to play Canasta, a card game developed in Argentina and Uruguay in the 1940s and became popular in North America and Great Britain in the 1950s. Beginners to advance players are invited to join in weekly programs that will help develop your card playing skills.
