Private Safaris (E.A.) Ltd was incepted in 1976 with initial links to the Swiss market, but has since diversified to become one of the leading African safari specialist. The company operates from offices in Nairobi, Mombasa, Arusha, Cape Town and Windhoek – and arranges all aspects of inbound travel into sub-Saharan Africa. Travel documentation, meet and greet services, transport, transfers, accommodation, trains, flights, safaris, scheduled and tailor-made tours, car hire, excursions and more are all arranged by Private Safaris. The company has a fleet of over 85 minibuses and 4x4 Landcruisers. All are fitted with long range HF radio, a fire extinguisher and a medical/first aid kit. All the vehicles are maintained and serviced within the company precincts by staff and mechanics that are on stand-by round the clock. Private Safaris is an exclusively owned subsidiary of Switzerland’s Kuoni Travel.
