Lacy Hawkins

Lacy Hawkins is the General Overseer and Founder of the Church of the Latter Rain. Brother Hawkins has been serving the Lord since 1960. A Texas native, he is an avid equestrian. The independent man that he was, Lacy's father helped him pick a career path, the following year Lacy started driving buses, just as his father. He was also a great rider and breeder in his time. Thanks to his father, he developed the love and passion for horses.
