Kyle McAuley

Kyle McAuley’s career reflects creativity, business acumen, and a passion for personal growth. After graduating from Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle with a degree in theater, he went to Los Angeles in 2012, eager to contribute to the city’s dynamic entertainment industry. He began his journey in acting and music, producing, directing, and hosting original content, including short films and digital projects. While his creative ventures were fulfilling, he eventually discovered a new passion for real estate and business, leading him to shift his focus and pursue a thriving career in these fields. In 2015, Kyle took the first step toward building his real estate portfolio by purchasing a condo in Northridge, California, which he turned into a long-term rental property. This investment became the foundation of his growing real estate expertise. In 2022, he executed a 1031 exchange, selling the condo and reinvesting the proceeds into two new properties: one in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and the other in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. These strategic investments demonstrate his ability to navigate the real estate market with an eye for long-term financial growth and wealth-building. Alongside his real estate success, Kyle owns Moveabl., a furniture and mattress business in Inglewood, California. The company is known for its commitment to quality products and community-focused service. In addition to managing Moveabl., he is developing a new platform for the business, leveraging his skills in business development, strategic planning, and communication to drive innovation and expansion within the company. Before focusing on real estate and business, Kyle spent six years as a professional DJ and emcee under the name DJ Lunakye, working with VOX DJS. He performed at weddings, bar mitzvahs, and corporate events, building a reputation for his engaging performances and ability to connect with his audience. Although he no longer actively promotes his DJ services, he occasionally performs for past clients and friends.
