PEYTON & SHELBY MEYER

Hi, my name is Peyton and I was born April 30, 2010, in Craig Colorado at Bear Creek Labradors. I was named Peyton after the legendary QB Peyton Manning – my dad’s favorite football player. I am an established bird dog with well-rounded field experience and a high number of retrieves under my belt. I enjoy upland, waterfowl, tennis balls and sticks. I understand hand signals but take them as “suggestions”. I often join my teammates in the real estate office as the team mascot. My favorite foods are shredded cheese and meat although I am not selective at all!

Nick Meyer

As a licensed realtor since 2000, Nick has a broad real estate background and pinch hits for Kristen when she is not available. Nick is a specialist in market and property analysis and new development, using his accounting background and well-rounded market and business knowledge to benefit our clients A third-generation Colorado native, Nick graduated with a Business degree from the University of Northern Colorado. He began his professional career at Deloitte in Denver where he earned his CPA license. Construction and development clients spawned his interest in real estate and Nick moved to Winter Park in 1998 to work for Hines on the Zephyr Mountain Lodge project development team, which brought Kristen and Nick to Winter Park! Nick’s passion for conservation is evident in his past role as President of the Colorado Headwaters Land Trust and in a long-term commitment to wetlands conservation with the Grand County Ducks Unlimited He has also served on the Grand County Board of Realtors and several HOA boards Nick’s hobbies and interests include nearly everything outdoors in Grand County!

Tim is Kristen’s Licensed Executive Assistant and he brings a unique skillset to the team with his extensive background in the title industry. He worked at Land Title for five years and working side by side with Land’s senior manager of almost 30 years of local title tenure He also worked in a small company that bought and restored historic homes, so his knowledge of construction, real estate, and title matters serve the team extremely well. His small business based professional career has also featured his proficiency with technology and hardware/software matters. Tim has had his real estate license in Colorado for 6 years. He can problem solve anything from home repairs to clouds on title, to software related challenges, and anything in between. His kindness, steady demeanor, circumspect knowledge of all things real estate and innate knack for problem solving make Tim an indispensable part of our team. He has lived in the upper Fraser Valley for about 13 years and his hobbies include remodeling projects, camping, and anything outdoors
