I am president and co-founder of Diverse Association working in the civic sector since 1990: secretary of the Hungarian Youth Organization from Timisoara (1990-1993); Office and project manager at Project on Ethnic Relations - PER (1993-2004) and programme director at the PER Regional Center for Central, East and South-East Europe (2004-2009). Holder of MA in Conflict mediation at A.I.Cuza University Iasi. Initiator of training courses for teacher regarding aspects of diversity - e.g. elaborating the auxilliary teaching material: History of the National Minorities form Romania. Specialized in advocacy regarding the problems minorities, especially Roma and NGO's face, especially those active in social services (coordinator of the NGO Resource Center in county Mures, Virtual Resource Center on Diversity Issues, DIZABNET - Network of social service providers for disabled persons).
