Partner compensation

Profits are distributed to the partners annually. Remuneration is determined locally in the respective profit centres. The local compensation models must be approved by the company’s board of directors. The compensation models are performancebased models in which an individual’s effort and contributions are appraised. Quality is a key parameter in the evaluation process, and a specific assessment is made of each individual partner when considering quality in connection with determining the individual’s compensation. Non-conformances with respect to quality may result in deductions from compensation. The compensation models also include the individual’s contributions to developing employees, developing client portfolio and developing the business in general. The compensation models do not reward sales from other service areas to audit clients. Final remuneration consists of remuneration for work and profit share.
